Small, cosy bungalow, surrounded by trees and meadows. In a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 50 m from the lake, 100 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south-east facing position. For shared use: natural state property 800 m2 (fenced), natural garden. Bumpy motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Shop 7 km, bus stop "Busbahnhof Langewahl" 4.5 km, railway station "Fürstenwalde" 11 km, grass beach "Bad Saarow" 10 km, lake (kein Badesee!) 50 m. Nearby attractions: Scharmützelsee, Bad Saarow 11 km, Fürstenwalde 12 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Motorway close by. The small lake approx. 50 m away is not suitable for swimming.
"Alva", 2-room bungalow 26 m2, on the ground floor. Bright, practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with sliding door with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchenette (4 hot plates, mini-oven, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Boiler. Large terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (1). Beautiful view of the forest. Facilities: hair dryer, logs (free). Parking at the house. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Klein, aber fein

Modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. Bad und Küche etwas eng, aber völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage Tapetenwechsel. Gern wieder.

Auszeit

Wer die Ruhe genießen möchte, ist man dort gut aufgehoben. Nettes kleines Bungalow und sauber. Der Garten ist gepflegt und eingezäunt. Wichtig für Hundehalter. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Bungalow

Ein kleiner gemütlicher Bungalow mit Naturgarten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, es war alles da was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns gut erholt und entspannt. Und werden sicher wieder hinfahren. Da man selber sauber machen soll ,wäre es schön wenn entsprechende Utensilien da wären . Leider hat ein Wischeimer und ein Schrupper gefehlt.

Ausbaufähiges Ferienhaus

Kleines Ferienhaus mit großer Terasse und schönen verwildertem Garten.Ein Vorteil ist dass man Hunde mitnehmen darf. Das Haus ist in einer kleinen Ferien-Siedlung in Hörweite der Autobahn (für uns nicht störend), ansonsten sehr ruhig und in der Nähe eines Sees, aber ohne Zugang und ohne Wanderwege. Somit kann man auch entgegen der Angaben der Agentur nicht baden und es steht kein Runderboot (wie auf den Fotos abgebildet) zur Verfügung. Kleinere Fehler bei den Angaben zur Ausstattung.

Von den Bildern waren wir sehr angetan, als wir dann diesen ehemaligen DDR Bungalow vorfanden, waren wir doch sehr enttäuscht. Dreckicke Fenster, ungepflegter Garten, Fliesen auf Terrasse defekt, vertrocknete Blumen usw.
