Uns Strandhus WE 3 - Felice: comfortable 2-room apartment close to the beach

This bright and comfortable 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m²) on the ground floor, located near the beach, is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled. Thanks to its excellent amenities, the holiday rental has been certified with a 4-star**** rating by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

A special feature of this apartment is the large number of paintings created by international artists during free residency stays in the apartment, through which they have expressed their own perspectives on Kühlungsborn and the Baltic Sea …!

From the entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday apartment.

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with a bench and chairs; a sideboard; and a bookshelf. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² covered sun terrace (facing southwest) with a beach chair and patio furniture. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a small selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen, with direct access to the garden, features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200), nightstands, and a spacious closet, and also features direct access to the garden.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for 2 more people.

The bathroom features a shower with a clear glass enclosure and a walk-in design (senior-friendly!), a sink, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, a toilet, as well as a shelf and ample storage space.

The apartment also has a separate storage room for suitcases and luggage, as well as its own washing machine that guests can use.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack with a large wall mirror and shoe rack in the apartment’s entryway.

At the rear of the apartment complex, there is a large lawn where guests can relax, which is also available for their use.

You can park your car free of charge in an underground parking space assigned to your apartment (maximum clearance height 2.00 m!) in the basement of the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks at the rear of the property or alongside your vehicle in your assigned parking space in the underground garage. If you are not bringing your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
