Res.Leuchtturm H2WE21: friendly and spacious 3-room apartment

This modern 3-room apartment (approx. 69 m²) on the ground floor, which was completely renovated in the spring of 2022, is highly functional and fully furnished. The living areas feature high-quality vinyl flooring, while the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and small bench, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The inviting and cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch, armchair, and coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a large closet; and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² covered terrace (facing southwest, west, and north) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features two modern flat-screen TVs with smart TV functionality as well as a radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen-living area features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200), nightstands, and a spacious closet, and features an additional TV.

The separate second bedroom features a bunk bed, a nightstand with lamps, a closet, and a small reading nook with a wicker armchair.

The spacious, Mediterranean-style bathroom (with natural light/window) features a bathtub with a real-glass shower partition, a vanity with a large wall mirror, a hair dryer, a toilet, a bathroom shelf, underfloor heating, a towel radiator, and plenty of storage space.

In addition, the apartment includes a spacious storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can hang your jackets on the coat rack with a mirror and a small bench in the apartment’s spacious hallway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in a separate building outside the residential complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (carport) assigned to your apartment, located right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex’s grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
