This comfortable and very spacious 4-room apartment (approx. 100 m²), spread over 2 floors, is highly functional and fully furnished. All living and bedroom areas feature high-quality hardwood parquet flooring, while the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilets are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate up to 6 people. For small children, a travel cot (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair are available free of charge upon request.

From the spacious entryway—which features a coat rack, mirror, bench, and shoe rack—you can easily access all rooms in your holiday rental.

The modern and cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a large and comfortable corner couch, a recliner with a footstool, a coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, a cabinet, a sideboard, and various shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 12 m² sunny and partially covered terrace (facing southwest) with a bench, table, and patio furniture. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

The adjoining private garden area with a lawn for sunbathing is also available for your use.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features 2 modern flat-screen TVs, various radios, and a selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The separate kitchen features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartments, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The holiday rental has a total of 3 separate bedrooms on the ground floor of your holiday home. All bedrooms have windows equipped with fly screens.

The cosy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, an armchair, and a spacious closet, and has direct access to its own approximately 6 m² south-west-facing balcony with balcony furniture. In addition, an extra TV is available here.

The inviting second bedroom also features a double bed, plus a freestanding single bed, a nightstand, and a spacious closet.

The additional 3rd bedroom has two separate single beds with a nightstand, an armchair, and a spacious linen closet.

The bright and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a bathtub, a separate shower, a sink, a toilet, a bathroom cabinet with ample storage space, and a towel radiator.

The apartment also features an additional separate guest bathroom (with a window) on the ground floor.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet with shoe cabinet in the apartment’s entryway.

A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the separate utility room (on the ground floor) for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your cars (up to 2) for free in the 2 parking spaces belonging to your apartment directly in front of the building; your bicycles can be parked right next to the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

To charge an electric car, an EV charging station is available right at your parking space for a daily flat rate of €15.00.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
