Hof Dornbusch WE 3: Insider tip for those seeking relaxation

This absolutely quiet and cosy 3-room apartment (approx. 71 m²) on the ground floor of the main building is fully furnished. The living areas feature solid wood floors, while the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway, which features a coat rack and a wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The cosy living room features a seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, as well as a sideboard and a chest of drawers. From here, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the entire estate grounds, including the pond and the magnificent park.

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The separate, open-concept kitchen includes a dining table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy and spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (box spring) with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

The separate, additional second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a nightstand with a lamp, a bench, a chair, and a clothes rack.

The modern bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower with a real glass shower enclosure, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror, and offers ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

In the hallway of the stairwell (in front of the apartment door), there is a beautiful and cosy reading nook with a comfortable couch and a small library, which is available for all guests to use.

In addition, all guests can use the large park as well as the adjoining garden house with its covered terrace, which features comfortable outdoor furniture and a modern gas grill. Here you can sit back and relax while enjoying a fantastic view of the estate’s beautiful park!

You can park your car for free in one of the ample parking spaces on the estate grounds,

You can park your bicycles in the bike racks or in a garage on the estate grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from OstseeBike, our partner bicycle rental company, if you’re interested. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered to the estate free of charge.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor areas or the covered patio in front of the cosy garden house. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
