Miramare WE 33a: 2-room apartment with high-quality furnishings close to the beach

This very beautiful and high-quality furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 43 m²) on the 3rd floor (top floor) is highly functional and fully furnished. All rooms in the apartment are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The inviting and very cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny and partially covered rooftop terrace (facing west) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the rooftops of Kühlungsborn, and in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet (in the hallway), a large chest of drawers, and an armchair. There is another modern flat-screen TV available here.

The modern and elegant bathroom features a shower, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, a spacious bathroom cabinet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space.

A (coin-operated) washing machine and a dryer are located in a common area of the residential complex and are available for use by all guests.

For your relaxation, the residential complex offers a private sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam room, and a relaxation room, all available free of charge.

You can park your car free of charge in the underground parking space assigned to your apartment—please note the maximum clearance height of 2.00 m! You can store your bicycles in a separate bicycle storage room within the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex.

The lift provides convenient access from the ground floor to all floors of the building.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above guidelines (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
