Cubanze 43 WE 23: bright and modern 2-room apartment with south-facing balcony

The light-flooded, friendly, very well and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 43 m²) is located on the 1st floor. The apartment, which was completely renovated and newly furnished in spring 2024, has a high level of comfort and is fully equipped. The flooring in the living rooms is modern vinyl design flooring, the entrance area as well as the kitchen and the bathroom / toilet are tiled.

The apartment offers sleeping facilities for a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide you with a children's travel bed (without duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee).

The light-flooded and spacious living room has a separate seating area with comfortable couch with chaise longette, coffee table and a sideboard with hanging cupboard. From the living room you have direct access to the approx. 5 m² large and sunny balcony (south-facing) with comfortable seating - here you can sit comfortably and relax and enjoy the sun!

For your entertainment, a modern flatscreen TV and internet radio are available in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free Wi-Fi.

Directly adjacent to the living area is the separate dining area with dining table and 4 comfortable chairs.

The semi-open and fully equipped kitchen is located directly behind the dining area. It has a built-in kitchenette with dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, 4-zone induction hob, extractor hood, oven with hot air and grill function, microwave as well as coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and sufficiently equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.

The separate and modern bedroom is furnished with a comfortable upholstered double bed (2 x 80 x 200), bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe and a wardrobe rail. An additional comfortable sleeping option for another 3rd person is provided by the pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200) in the living room.

The friendly and spacious bathroom has a bathtub with real glass shower partition, toilet, washbasin with base and mirror cabinet, towel radiator and sufficient storage space.

A communal (coin-operated) washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in the basement of the residential complex and can be used by all guests.

You can park your car free of charge in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the house, your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle room of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex if you are interested.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.�PGJyPg
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests, please use the balcony for this. Thank you for your understanding!
