Cubanze 43 WE 24: cozy 2-room apartment with balcony

This friendly, bright, and comfortably furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 43 m²) on the 1st floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living areas have laminate flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with chairs, a sideboard, and various shelves and cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished balcony, which is approximately 5 m²—here you can sit back and relax while enjoying the view of the greenery!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The semi-open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom features a bathtub (with a real-glass shower enclosure), a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the entryway closet (with a cabinet and mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above guidelines (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
