A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the porch. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 20 sqm, not heatable and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen as intersecting room, 10 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom 10 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom 10 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Vantačići. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Cot and internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, can be heated, 5 m x 3 m, 1.4 m deep). Pool is heated until 15/06 and from 15/09.
