Located in Nivillac, this freshly renovated cottage is nestled in unspoiled nature and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is spread over two levels and features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator, two bedrooms (one with a double bed that can be separated into two singles), and a bathroom. The cottage accommodates up to five guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and barbecue essentials. The house is heated by a heat pump and also has air conditioning. Bedrooms are equipped with individual electric heaters, and the bathroom features both underfloor and wall heating. Guests have direct access to a private forest and an outdoor terrace. You can also use the wood stove in the kitchen; firewood is available for your stay upon request before arrival.
The house is set on a five-hectare estate of forest and meadow, just 150 meters from the hosts’ home. The property is enclosed by a rustic fence; guests with pets should take this into account.
Several parking spaces are available on the property, with two spots near the house and others 50 meters away.
A wellness massage service is available for an extra fee during your stay, by reservation.
