This historic stone house is situated on the 1.7-hectare property of a former paper mill, surrounded by meadows and woods along a river. You can enjoy the sun and tranquility on the large terrace in front of the house, which offers a sweeping view of the property. The ground floor features a cosy kitchen, built in the traditional Breton style and featuring a fireplace; a study; a large living room with a library and a fireplace; and a guest bathroom. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and a bathtub. A small village with an excellent bakery, supermarket, weekly market, and crêperie is a 10-minute walk away—or even quicker on our two bicycles, which are available for your use. Popular nearby destinations include the famous Pink Granite Coast, the coastal town of Plestin-les-Greves with its beautiful sandy beaches, Carantec with a variety of water sports and an oyster bar on the beach, and the town of Morlaix with its aqueduct. You can go hiking right from our place—along the coast on the old customs officers’ trail or inland (Monts d’Arée).
