Unacceptable service and dirty property. Avoid!We booked this rental and arrived at 1:00 AM with our family, including two young children, only to find the place completely filthy. The beds were disgusting, unmade, smelled terrible, and looked like someone had just slept in them.We called the host, but they never answered. We called Vrbo customer support to file an urgent complaint, and nobody answered either. At 3:00 AM, with two tired kids, we were forced to wander around searching for a hotel.In the end, neither Vrbo nor the host took any responsibility. We ended up paying triple what we planned, and the host refused to even refund our hotel costs. The app failed us, the property was uninhabitable, and the host was completely irresponsible. Do not use this app or rent from this host!

Kevin’s place was very clean and nice. His communication throughout the whole trip was great. He also had amazing hospitality and made sure everyone was satisfied.
