Sie haben dem Aufenthalt trotz dieser Information zugestimmt. Während Ihres Aufenthalts haben Sie uns keine Beschwerden mitgeteilt. Dennoch haben wir uns entschieden, Ihnen den kompletten Betrag zu erstatten – obwohl Sie drei Nächte bei uns verbracht haben.
