A warm welcome to our small but charming holiday home in Zittau, Upper Lusatia. Here, you can relax and/or enjoy an active holiday, whether short or long.

We offer our holiday home for 2 to 4 people (additional beds available upon request) with a cosy living room and kitchen-dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, all spread over approximately 80 m².
A small garden with a grill, a swing chair, a seating area, and a clothesline is also included.
The free parking spot is located right in front of the front door. The property is locked up overnight.

This small holiday home is ideal for families with 2–3 children.

Our holiday home is located directly on the grounds of the Metzig Riding and Driving Stables.
Our guests should therefore be comfortable around horses, dogs, and cats and willing to follow a few simple rules.
Bringing your own pets is always welcome upon prior enquiry and agreement with the owner. A maximum of two medium-sized dogs (up to a maximum of 50 cm at the withers) is permitted. Cats are not permitted in the accommodation. A fee of 16.80 euros per dog per day applies. If the pet fee is not included in the total amount listed, for example on the portal Booking.com,, this fee must be paid to the property owner. Our Terms and Conditions apply.

The city of Zittau collects a visitor’s tax in accordance with the Visitor’s Tax Ordinance dated 24.04.2025.. Therefore, we are required to register our guests with the Tourismuszentrum Naturpark Zittauer Gebirge GmbH. The respective fees (ages 15 and up: 2.90 euros/night; ages 7–15: 1.45 euros/night; free for children under 7) are to be paid by the guests and are due no later than upon arrival. - Large bedroom with high-quality box-spring bed: 2.00 m x 2.00 m, wardrobe, TV
For the kids: Cot/fire truck-themed bed: 2.00 m x 0.90 m; travel cot for babies (can also be used as a playpen), changing table, building blocks, and games.

Check-in is from 3:00 to 19:00, and check-out is from 09:00 to 15:00.
