Wohnung ist gut ausgeteilt. Sauberkeit war soweit in Ordnung, allerdings sollte eine Grundreinigung vor Vermietung stattfinden, da viele kleine Spinnen in allen Räumen zu sehen sind. Die Ausstattungsliste stimmt überhaupt nicht mit dem vorhandenen Inventar überein und wurde dem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung mit Möbel sehr gut.
