Perfect location but lacking hygene

The location was perfect. At the day of the arrival I had to contact the owner to get the check in information. The ad said there would be wifi but there wasn't. When I asked the owner I was told I could get a portable router at the reception, which was closed every day for my 4-day stay. The room was not cleaned properly. Also at the last night of my stay there was a party untill 4 am I was not told about up front so it was hard getting up on time to check out at the right time. Nice big appartment for the price but that's about it.

For added convenience, a portable router is offered at the reception, although the host is not responsible for its opening hours, which are managed independently. We’re also sorry to hear about your concerns with the cleanliness. The property is professionally cleaned before each check-in. Please know that we would have gladly arranged for the cleaning team to return if we had been informed during your stay. As for the noise on your last night, we were not made aware of any disturbances during that period. However, we sincerely apologize if this affected the quality of your rest and your departure experience.
