Welcome to "Schwalbenloft", a stylish holiday apartment on the upper floor for up to eight people – ideal for families or groups. You will find an open living and dining area with old beams and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The spacious living room with sofa and smart TV invites you to relax, while a play area with play kitchen and soft building blocks provides entertainment. Loft beds offer older children a cosy retreat. Comfortable beds and a modern, large bathroom complement the stylish furnishings. Wi-Fi and two smart TVs with streaming services are available.



Enjoy your private terrace and the communal garden with fire pit. The garden features a play area with sandbox, swings, trampoline, and climbing frame. The play hut village offers extra fun. The wellness area with barrel sauna, whirlpool, and outdoor shower is available as a bookable add-on (available for an extra fee). Please note: If you wish to use the sauna or whirlpool on a specific date, you must enquire before booking to guarantee your preferred time slot. You will be greeted by the farm dog, as well as cats, goats, and chickens.



The proximity to Moorpadd (1 km) and the forest kindergarten invites you to take trips. A shop for bread rolls and a restaurant are 250 m away. Other destinations include the zoo (5 km), canoe rental (5 km), draisine rides (250 m), and Lake Dümmer (20 km).



Parking is available. Pets are not allowed, and smoking in the building is prohibited. Events are possible upon prior request. A storage room for bicycles is available. A 4-person mountain go-kart or e-bikes can be rented (available for an extra fee). The small bakehouse with oven can also be rented.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung Eichengeflüster war einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit vielen liebevollen Details gestaltet – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage ist ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin Johanna und ihre Familie: unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Dazu die Tiere und der wunderbare Außen-Spa-Bereich – ein absolutes Highlight, das unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hat.Auch die Umgebung ist ein Genuss: Die Wanderrouten durch die Heide sind gerade während der Blütezeit ein Erlebnis für alle Sinne.Wir können Eichengeflüster von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super schöne Lage.

Pros: Das Haus ist mega schön, eine ruhige und schöne Lage. Alles was benötigt in der Nähe. Für die Kinder Spielplatz und Aktivitäten vorhanden. Sauna und Whirlpool super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder. Das wichtigste zum Schluss, Gastgeber super nett und sehr zuvorkommend.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Pros: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienunterkunft wirklich genossen! Die Wohnung war wunderschön eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigten. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle Dekoration, die eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig und für Spaziergänge geeignet. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr erholsame Lage auf einem schönen Bauernhof.

Pros: Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem wunderschönen (Erlebnis-)Bauernhof in schönster ländlicher Lage. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich, und modern eingerichtet. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool im Garten waren eines der Highlights. Johanna ist eine extrem nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Obwohl wir extrem kurzfristig gebucht haben und am Tag der Buchung schon angereist sind, war alles in bester Ordnung. Klare Empfehlung!
