The 4th bedroom is a converted garage, so it is huge! It also has private access from the front of the house and into the back yard. The workshop has electricity and can be used by the guests. Each bedroom has a flat screen roku TV. the backyard also has a covered patio with table/chairs and a BBQ pit.

Quiet family neighborhood close to downtown and many great restaurants.

Plenty of Ubers and Taxi's available if you do not have a car to get around in. EZRider does provide public transportation if you need it.

4 bedroom (5 beds), 2 bath, 2 living areas (1 game room with ping pong table), workshop (with electricity), and large backyard close to downtown. Perfect place for a large group or executives coming to town and need work space. Why look any further when this is cheaper than most hotel options and way more space.

Quite and great location.

Great location, quite and clean.

Traveled to Midland with coworkers for a company event, this place is located in the middle of everywhere we needed to be, it is clean and quiet. Had plenty of room to park. Will book again!!

Wedding Trip

Just what we needed

The house was just what we needed for our stay with our daughter and her family while visiting Midland. Plenty of space and everything we needed. The property was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

Swim meet

The house was great. We loved the ping pong table. It was only a mile from the pool and close to downtown. Made for easy back and forth. If we have another meet there we will definitely try to stay here again.

Midland sweet 16

The property was spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Really enjoyed the ping pong table and streaming services on all the TV's. The property managers were readily available to handle any questions we had. All in all the property was great and definitely would stay again
