1-room studio 24 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 3 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Side view of the ocean. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
