Welcome to our cosy apartment on a former small fruit farm. Nestled between our house and the former cold store, surrounded by a park-like garden. In the renovated apartment with its own entrance, you can spend relaxing days. From the friendly hallway you can access all other rooms: spacious kitchen, large bathroom, sunny living room, cosy bedroom.
The apartment is equipped to a high standard with a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cosy dining area. A coffee pod machine is available next to the conventional coffee machine. Kettle, ceramic hob and convection oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment complete the equipment. In the small adjoining room there is a separate freezer (for longer stays) and a shelf. The dryer (for a fee) is also located here.

In the bedroom there is a 140 (!) cm wide bed from Iron-Company with a continuous mattress. Clothes can be stored in the spacious wardrobe with a large mirror.

In the living room, a comfortable leather set in top condition welcomes you. A group of tables invites you to write holiday greetings or enjoy afternoon coffee in the sunlight. You have a view of the park-like garden. It is also an attractive place to work. Wi-Fi guest access is available.
In addition to a TV, CD and DVD player, there is a small, diverse library/video library at your disposal.
There is plenty of space for jackets and shoes in the hallway. The entrance door is half glazed.

The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and tub. A seat is installed in the shower, and the toilet is elevated. The washing machine (for a fee) and the new gas boiler (2024) are also located here.

All rooms are without thresholds. There is a step in front of the entrance.

In front of the apartment there is a small terrace with bench and table. Parking is also available on the property. One men's/women's bike is available free of charge for excursions.

Since more and more guests arrive with e-bikes, we expressly point out the following:

1. a parking facility for bicycles is provided free of charge.
2. However, this is not lockable!
3. For insurance reasons, batteries may not be charged overnight or in the apartment.
