The country house is located in a beautiful old estate park, 1,200 metres from the beach. The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area for 2 people with a sleeper sofa. There is a west-facing terrace with direct access to the estate park.



The surrounding vegetation provides light protection from direct sunlight.



The holiday apartment is equipped with laminate flooring, a TV with radio, a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.



A parking space is attached to the apartment.



There is a supermarket in town where you can buy essential groceries as well as fresh baked goods and regional products daily.



The beach, located about 1,200 metres away, can be reached on foot or by car. A public car park is available there.
