The holiday / business apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential complex with six units. The holiday home complex is located in a quiet location in Emden in the Logumer Vorwerk district. The district impresses with good motorway connections, the proximity to the VW plant and the Krummhörn with many sights (e.g. Pilsum lighthouse, fishing village Greetsiel, Wartendorf Rysum).
The apartment has a size of 40m² and is divided into living room, bedroom, kitchenette and a bathroom. It is equipped for max. 2 people. The beds in the bedroom have a lying surface of 90x200cm. In the kitchen corner there are electrical appliances such as coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and cooking facilities (with 2 hotplates). Of course, there is also a TV and a radio. This is a non-smoking property and unfortunately pets are not allowed.
On site you will find free parking and a barbecue area with seating. The use of the washing machine is free of charge for all residents of the house. Wi-Fi is available for free use.
