Enjoy a large private terrace furnished with table, chairs, and loungers—perfect for leisurely breakfasts, outdoor lunches, or relaxing dinners surrounded by Lake Garda’s atmosphere.



Amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls and remote work), two TVs, safe, and on request, crib and high chair. Breakfast service is available on request for an extra fee.

Our accommodations feature underfloor heating and cooling. During your stay, you can access a shared outdoor area with a pool, outdoor shower, sun terrace, and garden with ping pong table. Swimming caps are required in the pool. Private parking and an electric vehicle charging station are available.
