Children under 2 years old stay free. A cot and high chair are available, as well as toys, a swing, and books. A fee of 7 euros per night applies for dogs. Dog toys are available. Dogs are not allowed on the couch or the beds. The property is NOT fenced. A general security deposit of 100 euros is required, which will be offset against electricity consumption and refunded after your stay. This is a non-smoking home. Parking is available at the house. Bed linens can be rented upon request (rental fee of 10 euros per set); guests should bring their own towels.

Lockable garden shed with an e-bike charging station. Electricity is billed based on usage. Children under 2 years old stay free. A cot and high chair are available free of charge. A fee of 7.00 euros per night applies for dogs (all breeds welcome). Dogs are not allowed on the couch or bed. The property is not fenced. A security deposit of 100 euros is required. This is a non-smoking home. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are installed. Parking is available at the house. Bedding can be rented if desired and costs 10 euros per set (Note: Mattress size is 1.80 x 2.00; therefore, a fitted sheet of the appropriate size is required if the guest wishes to bring their own bedding). Guests should bring their own towels.
