Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hot Tub: After every use, securely close the cover and fasten all 4 buckles. Failure to do so may cause water loss and damage to the hot tub. Guests will be held responsible for any resulting damage
ALL trash is securely placed in bags and put inside the yellow bins by the road If the cleaning crew needs to clean up any trash an extra fee will be applied $100/loose bag left outside the yellow bin
Close and lock all windows and doors Do NOT try opening window during winter time - windows have been winterized.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great communication and well appointed cabin for our ski vacation. The house was warm and inviting and every need attended to. Nice proximity to Snowshoe. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and the layout was nice for family meals cooked in the kitchen. Recommend!

Spectacular

We had a spectacular fantastic stay at this property in West Virginia. We enjoyed the fire pit area, the hot tub, everything the entire house had to offer. Our family enjoyed being together in such a beautiful home. Highly recommend this property. Five star stay....

Home away from home!

The owner was fantastic and quick to respond to any questions we had it felt as if I was texting with a friend. The house was wonderful perfect for our large group lots of room and very comfortable. The second living room downstairs with an extra fridge, pool table and hot tub were an added benefit for the teens in our group they had their own space. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The location was perfect very close to Snowshoe. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this house we had a wonderful stay!

Home away from Home

The house and property are beautiful! The owner was so communicative and helpful with any questions we had and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. The location is perfect so close to Snowshoe. So much room for our big group and the extra living room with a pool table and extra fridge was perfect for the Teens in our group. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and it was a huge bonus my dogs were allowed It really felt like Home away from Home . Thanks Ala we will definitely be back!

New Year's Bliss

My extended family of 11 stayed at the property over the New Year's long weekend. The host was extremely communicative prior to our arrival, answering our questions. I truly felt like we were staying at a friend's house. It may be the best sleep. I have gotten in months! The beds were extremely comfortable, and I very much appreciated the blackout shades! We were 10 mins from the slopes and loved the hot tub following our skiing. The basement area was perfect for the teens and they loved their bedroom as well! We hope to be back next year.

Our family (ages 8-60) really enjoyed this beautiful house. We found the pictures accurate to how tidy and updated the house was, and were impressed by the new-looking towels/linens and comfortable mattresses. (Sometimes properties show their very best, staged, day one pictures, and then the house is not as clean or new as the pictures. This property’s pictures were very true to the way we found the house.) The kitchen was the most well-appointed cabin kitchen we’ve encountered. Communication with the property manager was excellent - prompt and professional. The luxury price of this cabin reflects the ski resort close by. We found the price a little steep, though we did enjoy our short stay here.
