Loft 10 - Norderney

The quiet and very centrally located holiday apartment “Loft 10,” with a floor area of 70 square metres (54 square metres plus sloped areas), is located on the 2nd floor of a building with 4 residential units on Damenpfad in the western part of the island. In the immediate vicinity are Weststrand (125 m), a bakery (50 m), a supermarket (150 m), numerous restaurants (e.g., Da Sergio [50 m], Gosch [300 m], Marienhöhe [300 m], Milchbar [350 m], Müller’s/400 m), wellness facilities (Badehaus/450 m—where you can book beach massages and open-air thalassotherapy—and Salzoase/350 m), and plenty of shopping options.
The apartment spans two floors. On the upper floor, accessible via a narrow staircase, there is a very cosy bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a shower room with a toilet; on the lower floor of the apartment, there is another bedroom with two single beds, a small closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and washing machine, as well as a modern living area that includes a kitchen and a dining table that seats four. From here, our guests have access to the approximately 2.5-square-meter balcony, which is furnished with seating for four people and offers a side view of the Marienhöhe. There is space in the courtyard to securely park two bicycles.
