The inland lake in front of the house, the marina behind it, and the beach just 50 metres away—that’s where you’ll find this 136 m² holiday home, spread over two floors, with room for 6 people and your dog. A private parking space is located right next to the house.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a fireplace and TV, an adjoining dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. From here, you can step out onto a furnished terrace surrounded by greenery, complete with a grill, sun loungers, and a beach chair. The other terrace is located on the opposite side, ensuring you have sun all day long. The ground floor is rounded out by a guest bathroom and an extra room with a couch.

The upper floor features three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has a TV; the master bedroom also features a built-in DVD player. There is also a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

A highlight of the house is the sauna with an adjoining shower for relaxing moments. In addition, during the summer months (May 15–September 15), a beach chair is available for your use at the dog-friendly beach (350 m away) in Heiligenhafen.

On the upper floor of the house, there is a desk with a printer. The living room also features a stereo system with a CD player.
