Sehr schönes Objekt. Einfach ausgestattet. Alles da was man benötigt. Wie beschrieben keine

Sehr schönes Objekt. Einfach ausgestattet. Alles da was man benötigt. Wie beschrieben keine Waschmaschiene. Keine Mikrowelle. Im Wohn- und Esszimmer ein kleiner Fernseher. Im Schlafzimmer kein Fernseher. Innenrollos die den Raum verdunkeln. Ich empfehle hier seine Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mit zu bringen und nicht dazu zu buchen. Das Bett ist mit 2 Matratzen ausgestatet und hat dann einen großen Topper von 1,80 auf 2,00 Meter oben drauf. Wir habe erst beim 5 mal ein passendes Bettlaken bekommen. Die Handtücher sind teilweise ausgefranst und nicht weiß! Das Bett muss selbst bezogen und bevor man fährt muss die Bettwäsche wieder abgezogen werden. Dann im Büro vor Ort noch abgegeben werden. Ich kenne das nicht so! Für 30 Euro pro Wäschepaket bringe ich mir meine Sachen das nächste mal selbst mit. Sehr positiv zu bewerten ist die absolute Ruhe. Man hört keinen Nachbarn in den anderen Wohnungen. Das Boxspringbett ist sehr gut. Im Wohnzimmer der Esstisch mit Stühlen ist zweckgemäß. Das Sofa ist schon sehr durchgesessen und knack bei jeder Bewegung. Im Bad der Duschabfluss muffelt. Sehr warscheinlich muss dieser mal Grundgerrinigt werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Fahrradabstellplatz und Parkplatz perfekt. Vorteil ist auch der Fahrstuhl. Kein Kofferschleppen die Treppe hoch. Also bis auf Kleinigkeiten ist das Objekt OK.
