Villa maria by Interhome

Villa Maria is a well-equipped rental cabin for a comfortable holiday. The well-maintained area offers shared facilities such as playgrounds, a volleyball court, and two cooking huts. For an additional fee, you can rent a lakeside sauna and a hot tub.

29 km to the north of Kouvola, Lake Iso-Ruhmas 190 m, shared beach with a hard, gently sloping sandy bottom, a pier, own rowing boat.

Wooden cabin, built in 2023, living room/kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other, WC, a utility room/bathroom, and a sauna with a wood-burning sauna stove. Covered porch and a rear terrace, cooking hut.

Tenants have access to 2 adult and 2-3 children's bicycles. The large lakeside sauna and hot tub can be rented for additional fee between April 15th and October 31st. The rental rates are 95 euros for both sauna and hot tub for 9 hours, or 40 euros for just the sauna for 4 hours. Payment is made directly to the owner.
