The highlight of the Schleiufer 54 holiday property is the roof terrace with 360-degree water views. Enjoy sunbathing in a hammock above the water with passing sailing ships on the Schlei and the harbour cinema of the marina in view.



Directly adjacent to the living room is a south-west facing terrace with a marvellous view of the Schlei and guaranteed romance, as you can watch breathtaking sunsets from here. A convivial barbecue evening with the Weber grill or a cup of tea and a book in the immediate vicinity of nature and the sea will make your holiday dreams come true.



But there is no shortage of water views inside the house either. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the view falls directly onto the reeds of the Schlei shore in the nature reserve and the Schlei, which together offer an unforgettable holiday panorama. A wood-burning stove ensures cosiness and the underfloor heating throughout the property provides comfort at any time of year. Additional indoor entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme, Apple TV, Blue-Ray player and board games.



Delicious holiday meals can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen with a view of the Baltic Sea resort's sailing and sports harbour. Thanks to the loving attention to detail in the equipment (such as sandwich toaster and waffle iron), you will feel right at home.



There are two bedrooms on the second living level. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and walk-in wardrobe and has a direct view of the Schlei. The immediate proximity to nature is evident as soon as you wake up, when wild geese and ducks are chattering away. Early risers can savour the Baltic Sea breeze over a morning coffee on the adjoining terrace.



The second bedroom offers a view of the marina and has two extra-long single beds that can be flexibly pushed together. The bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV and desk. The colour scheme conveys a harmonious sense of space.



The fully equipped bathroom with washer-dryer is also located on the first floor. The comfortable Finnish sauna invites you to relax and unwind. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor.



In front of the house there are two parking spaces and a bicycle shed. There is a charging station for electric cars directly at the house.
