Beautiful home in Olpenitz with sauna

Located in the immediate vicinity of the white sandy beach of OstseeResort Olpenitz and with a fantastic view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday home impresses with three sun terraces, a private wellness area and stylish furnishings in a maritime country house style. The Beach House Marina View extends over three living levels. The living and dining area of the holiday home is bright and friendly with floor-to-ceiling windows and an adjoining terrace with all-day sun. The view overlooks the resort's sailing and sports boat harbour, guaranteeing a harbour cinema. While the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers complete holiday comfort, the dining table and cosy seating area invite you to linger.



On the first floor, the Marina View holiday home has two bedrooms with sea views. The master bedroom also has its own south-facing, sunny balcony. A bathroom with a whirlpool bath provides wellness moments on this level. While brushing your teeth, you can enjoy the view of the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort.



Another highlight is the cosy gallery on the top living level, an additional living space with a fantastic view over the marina. The large Finnish sauna with sea view (Baltic Sea/Schlei) and adjoining shower on this level provides a private wellness programme. Adjacent to the gallery is a wrap-around roof terrace with a unique all-round view of the harbour entrance, beach, Baltic Sea and Schlei fjord. Sunbathing or romantic sunsets, unforgettable holiday moments are the order of the day here.



A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



Direct access to the beach is located behind the house entrance.



There is a private car parking space directly in front of the house.



The Marina View holiday home is one residential unit.



Our favourite place: Out of the door and onto the beach.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Atemberaubende Ausblick von Oben mit Meerblick. Von Morgens bis Abends Sonne. Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang.. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Ruhige Lage. Nicht überfüllte Strand. Privatsphäre. Das Sauna, mit eine kleine Lounge und Dusche.Gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, im obersten Stock, Außenbereich. Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Separate Zimmer. Liebevolle Ausstattung. Breites Bett und viel Stauraum. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Kleine Terrasse, im Erdgeschoss. Das Bad mit Whirlpool. und das separate WC im Erdgeschoss. Die Spüle in der Küche könnte erneuert werden. War sehr kalkhaltig aus. Sonst alles zu unsere Zufriedenheiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Buchung und der CheckIn liegen problemlos ab. Die Ferienhaus Agentur ist bei Fragen gut telefonisch erreichbar. Unser Haus lag sehr gut; direkt am Strand. Kleiner Punkt Abzug gibt es für die vielen kleinen Baustellen, die es in dem Ostseeresort noch gibt. Diese machen das Gesamtbild vom Resort kaputt. Aber Baulärm hatten wir trotzdem nicht. Das Angebot für Kleinkinder müsste noch ausgebaut werden. Sonst alles super!

Bewertung Objekt Marina View

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Über die Baustellen kann man hinweg sehen, denn die Nähe zum Strand und zum Wasser ist hervorragend. Leider wurde uns vom Personal das Hundezubehör von der Terasse entwendet, obwohl wir offensichtlich zuhause waren und wir haben nur einen Teil zurück bekommen und fahren dadurch mit Verlust nach Hause. Es kam weder eine Entschuldigung noch wurde und der Teil der wieder aufgetaucht ist selbstständig zurück gegeben, sondern wir mussten den Sachen hinter her rennen. Für die Zeit in der die Leine und das Halsband verschwunden war, musste ich neue Sachen kaufen, was auch wieder mit finanziellem Aufwand verbunden war. Meiner Meinung ist das eine Unverschämtheit und deswegen sehe ich davon ab dieses Resort weiter zu empfehlen.
