The property is conveniently located less than 10 min from Allegheny College and many restaurants and other amenities in town, yet is removed a bit, offering quiet and peace. The property has a conveniently located driveway with carport that fits two cars, and the entrance at the rear is a few steps away. You are greeted by a covered porch with two rocking chairs, and a small vestibule. Inside is an easy electronic keyless entry. The cottage is very new, nicely decorated, and spotless. The main room is a kitchen/living room/dining area, with micro, dishwasher, pantry, large sink, gas stove, large fridge, seating for 6, and a Keurig (with some pods, sugar, and shelf stable creamer). The first floor also has a full size bath with shower, and a private bedroom. Up the stairs is an open loft with a second bed. Overall we enjoyed ourselves very much and would definitely stay again.
