Private: property 550 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (5 x 5 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 100 m, pebble beach 3 km. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property.
4-room terraced house 107 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (190 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Terrace 15 m2, roofed terrace 12 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
