Holiday Apartment 'Hegaublick' with Balcony

Our cozy holiday apartment 'Hegaublick' is located on the top floor of our family home in the charming rural village of Mahlspüren in Hegau, close to Stockach and not far from Lake Constance.



Mahlspüren is a small village with a bakery for fresh rolls in the morning. For more shopping options, you can reach Stockach in a few minutes by car. If you want to spend a beautiful day by the water, Ludwigshafen or Bodman on picturesque Lake Constance are just 15 minutes away—perfect for a visit to the lido, a sunny walk, or a boat trip. The impressive towns of Überlingen, Meersburg, Radolfzell, and Konstanz are also within easy reach.



The apartment offers 106 m² of modern, welcoming space. The large, light-filled living and dining area with open kitchen creates a homely atmosphere. The living room has a TV and Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper are provided. A Senseo pad coffee machine and a filter coffee maker are available. On warm summer days, the spacious balcony invites you to relax. There are 2 bedrooms, each accommodating 2 guests—one with a king-size bed and one with a French bed. A baby cot can be added to either room upon request. A high chair is also available for our youngest guests. The large bathroom features a shower. A parking space is available on the property. There is also a lockable storage area for bicycles.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig für 4 Personen und hat alles, optimal!

Pros: Gastgeberin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Check-In und Check-Out reibungslos. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (Küche hat alle Geräte und Werkzeuge zum Kochen und sich wohl fühlen!). Zudem auch sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber! Die Dusche war ein Traum, Regendusche und sehr groß! Cons: Keine Einwände!

Tolle, sehr große Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht! Top!

Pros: Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist super und sehr geräumig, mit Ankleidezimmer und Balkon. Das Badezimmer sehr groß, hochwertig und modern. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (auch Spülmittel, Spültabs, Küchentücher, Schwämme, etc.) und ebenfalls modern eingerichtet. Geschirr ist mehr als genug vorhanden! In der Nähe ist ein SB -Bauernhofladen mit ganz tollem Eis, auch ein Bäcker ist in Reichweite. Bis Stockach mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Normales Einfamilienhaus mit separater Einliegerwohnung

Pros: Tolle Ausstattung, viel Platz u Raum...einfach herrlich für 2 Personen. Cons: Internet war schwach auf der Brust, tv ohne HD und in die Jahre gekommen (ließ sich nicht spiegeln) das alles ist aber stöhnen auf ganz hohem Niveau u soll nur dazu dienen bei Investitionen dran zu denken, das es da Luft nach oben gibt.
