About this property

This home is spacious and features 4 br/3ba, a 2 car garage, The master bedroom has an hdtv and a large 2person Jacuzzi type tub in the ensuite bath, large outdoor decks for the most spectacular sunsets over the Matanzas river. This home has 5 HDTV's and You are one block from some of the most secluded and nicest beaches anywhere. Whether you are surfing, beach-combing or bike riding you are sure to stay busy. The Matanzas inlet is also a very popular fishing destination as well. Back inside the main area is large and open. The kitchen is very nice boasting an additional prep sink. The bedrooms are also large and well appointed (all have hdtv's) The house has nice appliances and a washer and dryer. We are fully stocked with everything you will need. We of course have wireless internet as well. You can't go wrong with the location only 15 minutes to St Augustine and 30 minutes to Daytona Beach. Summer Paradise will not disappoint!

Great Space for big groups

Beautiful house and great location!

We stayed here with our family and dogs. We couldn't have been more pleased. Great location- it's right across from the beach! Great amenities and very clean. Highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Family Vacation

The rental house was perfect for our adult family of 8. The home was very clean and provided everything we needed for our week in St Augustine. The views were beautiful. The short walk to the beach was hindered due to the beach entrance being closed because of a previous storm but it was a very short drive, less than a mile, to parking and beach access. We definitely recommend this rental and hope to stay there again.
