Crescent Beach Duplex - Double the Beach Fun!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish duplex tucked within a privately owned triplex. Find a space for everyone in your family when you rent two of our three units. We are only 2 blocks from the beach and a public boat ramp off Green Road. Enjoy the Atlantic Ocean sunrises, and watch breathtaking sunsets from the Intracoastal Waterway side.

Located just south of historic downtown St Augustine and close to everything St Augustine has to offer, you'll be glad you choose to stay at our condo.

The Space:
This is our duplex portion of the property. The perfect space for a large group or family to rent out to ensure everyone has their own beds but are just next door.

Guest Access:
You will have access to both the A unit and the B unit for your booked stay.

The Neighborhood:
Our quiet little neighborhood sits right off A1A just a five-minute walk to the beach and public boat ramp.

Other Things to Note:
We love Florida living and all that comes with it, even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds, and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and food stored & sealed properly ensures a little lizard or other friends won't come in.
