I so enjoyed my stay. Your son helping us unpack and carry stuff in was sweet. Fine young man. I enjoyed meeting you Fred only wish I could of met your wife. My friend has been battling cancer off and on and she too enjoyed the stay.
Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality.

The stay was amazing and Freddy and Renee were very sweet! Great location and very quiet neighborhood
Best place to stay
Freddy and Renee were very accommodating. They we're friendly and went out off their way to help us even when my husband was sick. Also thanks to Alexander for letting use the computer to watch the basketball game. Will be back next year. Jack and Brandy
Great neighborhood! Great hosts!
Neighborhood was close to a lot!! Walked to several restaurants and City Park. Hosts we very hospitable. We were very comfortable and felt right at home in the studio. Short drive to aquarium, Bourbon, French Quarter, etc. Very easy to get every where. Plan to visit again and bring our pup with us next time.
Awesome dog friendly accommodations.
Great spot to stay in NOLA when traveling with your pup. Clean, comfortable studio on a quiet street right near the fairgrounds. Hosts Freddy and Renee are very kind and made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything or had any questions yet not intrusive at all!
Just the perfect place. ... southern hospitality at its finest. .. can't wait to come back to New Orleans and will definitely stay here. ... thanks Fred, Renee, Alexander ..

Also included with the room: TV, DVD, stereo/CD player, wi-fi. Beautiful shared court yard with GREAT smoker/charcoal/propane grill. Within a 5 to 10 minute walk are City Park, New Orleans Street Car, Bayou St. John, The Pitot House (18th century Creole colonial plantation home) and The New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA). Also within a 5 to 10 minute walk is Swirl a wonderful wine store/bar, two wonderful restaurants [Cafe Degas and Lola's], three good restaurants [Nona Mia, Liuzza's and Santa Fe], two fun and very good coffee houses [Fair Grinds and CC's], several traditional bars including Pals and Liuzza's By The Track, as well as two family owned grocery stores and a laundromat.
Getting around New Orleans by streetcar is a great way to see the city. There are three different lines: St. Charles, Canal Street, and the Riverfront, each of which originates downtown but takes you different parts of the city.
The new Canal Streetcar takes thousands of locals and tourists to work and play each day as it travels the five-and-a-half mile route from the French Market, along Canal Street through the Central Business District of New Orleans and into the Mid-City area. The line ends at City Park Avenue and the historic city cemeteries.
A 5 minute walk from your apartment is the North Carrollton Avenue Streetcar line.
A spur line along North Carrollton Avenue connects Canal Street to City Park at Beauregard Circle, where riders can enjoy a 1500-acre urban Eden filled with centuries-old oak trees, an elegant botanical garden, a charming storybook village, and a host of family activities.
