The room was very clean , air conditioner worked well. The staff was very responsive. The only issue was smell of cigarette smoke was coming through bathroom air vents

The rooms were more than adequate, it didn’t feel like a hotel either! The huge tub and an extra half bath were nice as well. Only complaint would be the condition of the elevators.

The property was as advertised. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The location was good to Canal Street, Streetcars, Restaurants and the WWII museum was an easy walk. The only thing that was unpleasant was the odor in the lobby. I don't know what that was from, but it was also obvious that they were working to eliminate it. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
