If you are arriving by bicycle, you can lock them to a bike rack outside.
Utilities for water, electricity, and heat, as well as the use of a parking space, are included in the rental price. This also includes 1 set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, and 1 hand towel (per person). If this is not enough for you, you are welcome to purchase an additional laundry package from us. Basic supplies are provided by the cleaning company: dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. If these items run out, you will need to purchase them yourself. We ask that you follow the cleaning company’s instructions posted in the apartment.


Holiday Rental 1 is located on the ground floor of our building. Our comfortable two-room holiday rental is a non-smoking unit. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a small kitchenette. Here you’ll find a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and dishes/cutlery. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The holiday rental is suitable for up to 3 people. The sleeping arrangements are as follows. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and the couch in the living room can be converted into a bed.
The bathroom has a toilet and a shower.
The apartment includes a terrace and a parking space.

Barbecuing is not permitted at this property.



Our Walfisch holiday home is located right in the beautiful seaside resort of Ahlbeck on the charming island of Usedom. It is situated in a quiet location and offers you 3 comfortable one-bedroom holiday apartments, each with a living room featuring a small kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony.
Included in the rental price are the utilities for water, electricity, and heating, use of the parking space, as well as towels and bed linens.
Check your emails or browse the internet to discover the best spots on the island of Usedom. Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge.

There is NO possibility to barbecue at this property.
The holiday apartments are non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace.
If you’re arriving by bike, we have a bike rack outside. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a lockable bike shed.

If you are staying in multiple apartments in our property, you are, of course, welcome to arrange the tables, chairs, and dishes however you like. We only ask that you return everything to its original place before departure.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
