Bonjour Isabelle, merci de nous avoir laissé un commentaire. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre expérience dans la propriété n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes ; cependant, nous profitons de l'occasion pour clarifier quelques points.
En ce qui concerne la climatisation, l'hôte a informé le couple au moment de la remise des clés que le climatiseur mural était défectueux et qu'il avait placé un climatiseur mobile dans l'appartement pour résoudre le problème. Le climatiseur est réparé depuis le mois d'août et fonctionne parfaitement.
En ce qui concerne le réfrigérateur, l'hôte a expliqué qu'il fallait veiller à fermer la porte du réfrigérateur avant de fermer la seconde porte (celle du meuble de cuisine).
Il n'y a pas de lit cassé dans la propriété, cela a été vérifié et nous devons dire que les lits et matelas sont d'excellente qualité et ont peu servi, ils ne sont donc pas vieux.
L'hôte regrette de n'avoir fait aucun commentaire sur les questions soulevées dans l'évaluation pendant le séjour, car il serait venu à la propriété pour vérifier et fournir une solution si c'était le cas.
