"Holiday Apartment 5" can accommodate up to four people. It features a sunny, covered balcony with a side view of the sea, a spacious living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

You can see the North Sea (from the side) right from the balcony while you’re having breakfast! That gets you in the mood for your holiday: sunbathing on the beach, bike rides across the island, or a trip to the lively town centre—Borkum offers plenty of activities for you to relax and unwind. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the balcony guarantees you wonderful hours of sunshine.

You can also make yourself comfortable in the sitting area, which features a modern TV, DVD player, and radio. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing the web on your smartphone.

For convenient self-catering, the kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and various small appliances (coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, and toaster) and a microwave with oven function.

The two separate bedrooms in the holiday apartment on Borkum are furnished with a 1.40 x 2.00 m double bed or two single beds (each 0.8 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet. Curtains provide blackout options for a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom of the holiday rental features a sink, a toilet, and a shower. A hair dryer is located in the wall cabinet and is available for your use.

A cot, a high chair, and outlet covers are standard features in this family-friendly holiday rental.

Please note: A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, but the building has an lift. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. We also cannot allow pets.

Borkum’s town centre, with its small shops, restaurants, bars, and cosy cafés, is right next to the house. Also nearby are a tennis court, the “Gezeitenland” seawater swimming pool, the Kulturinsel, the Kurhalle, and various shopping options. Inside the building itself, there are several small boutiques on the ground floor.
