The house is located in the heart of Brienz, right on the famous Brunngasse. It is divided into two separate apartments. The entrances to the apartments are right next to each other. The house features 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds (160x200 cm) and two single beds (90x200 cm), a large living room, a smaller living room, two fully equipped kitchens, and two bathrooms. The living space is approximately 175 m². It is located on the ground floor of the building and requires climbing a few flights of stairs, so it is not suitable for people with mobility impairments. Lake Brienz is just a stone’s throw across the street.<br><br>Lake Brienz is just a few steps away from the accommodation. The Migros supermarket is a one-minute walk away, as is a bus stop. The main train station is a 10-minute walk away. From there, you can take the train to the Brienzer Rothorn or towards Interlaken/Lucerne. The train ride to Interlaken takes about 25 minutes.<br><br>The house is very centrally located. There are lovely swimming spots by the lake, and the view is breathtaking. Since the apartment is so central and located directly on the high street, you should expect that some street noise is unavoidable.<br>There are public parking spaces near the accommodation that require a fee.<br><br>It features a work area and a cosy reading nook next to the large living room.<br><br>Additional Important Information<br>This charming village is surrounded by a picturesque mountain landscape on Lake Brienz. Known as the “village of Schnitzler,” Brienz has a long tradition of woodworking and is home to world-renowned educational institutions, including the School of Woodcarving and the School of Violin Making.
