Great view

Basic appartment, remember your own soap, toilet papir, washing up liquid, kitchen towels, coffee filters... You will not cook a big meal there, but there is a grill in the garden. Bathroom was fine and big, good storage in the flat, beds quite hard, but that is quite common. On the other side, you will mostly sleep there, sit on the nice balcony, with shadow in the morning and sun in the evening, we had a top app. and the view was fantastic, making up for everything else. Nice that the house is at the end of the street, next to green hills, that gives also a bit cooler air in the evenings. There is a bit of walk to the fantastic beaches, therefore we took the car every time. If you don't have too high expectations, the place is just fine.

Aufenthalt in Rabac

Wer es ruhig mag ist in der Unterkunft genau richtig. Zum Strand geht es bergab und dieser ist zu Fuß in 20 min zu erreichen. Zurück vom Strand zur Unterkunft sollte man mehr Zeit einplanen. Leider waren bedingt durch Corona nur wenig Lokale, Restaurants Offen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt zufrieden stellend.

Tolle Fewo am Hang von Rabac mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr gepflegt auch der Poolbereich. Super nette Vermieter, sehr bemüht um alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

schöne Wohnung / schöner Pooö

Nett eingerichtete Wochnung. Es fehlte an nicht viel. Eine Spülmaschine wäre nett. Aber es geht auch ohne. Was leider sehr schlecht war, war das WLAN. Es funktionierte praktisch garnicht.

entsprach nicht dem was ausgeschrieben war.herd funktioniert nicht richtig.fernseher und satreceiver auch nicht richtig.als toaster galt ein waffeleisen.sofa sehr verschmutzt.vermieterin sehr freundlich,...wir fahren seit einigen jahren nach kroatien und waren immer zufrieden.die schlechteste fewo die wir je hatten.

Der Herd wurde überprüft und funktioniert einwandfrei, der Fernseher wurde ausgetauscht.

das Zimmer ist komplett einger...

das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Das Haus ist okay, manchmal ein wenig hellhörig, aber auszuhalten. Die Vermieterin erfüllt ihre Aufgabe, ist sehr nett und Wünsche werden im Handumdrehen ausgeführt. Der Pool war im gutengepflegtem Zustand aber nicht beheizt. Wir hatten allerdings auch sehr verregnetes Wetter und kalt war es. Der Weg zum Zentrum war eine gute Möglichkeit, lange nicht mehr benutzte Muskeln zu benutzen. Aber Runter gings super. Reisetipps: Die Umgebung von Rabac ist traumhaft, man sollte aber bergfest sein, gerade Strecken gibt es selten. Die Strände sind sehr sauber und es wird auch darauf geachtet. Für Hundebesitzer wird es langsam schwieriger, da die meisten guten Strände hundefrei sind und damit bleiben nur die "versteckten " Strände. Das Wasser ist gewohnt kristallklar, zum Schnorcheln ideal. Der Massentourismus breitet sich langsam aus, man merkt es an der Speisekarte. Man hatte den Eindruck es gibt auch nur eine Speisekarte mit verschiedenen Restaurantnamen drauf, obwohl jedes Restaurant darum bemüht war alles ein bischen anders zu servieren. Wir waren allerdings auch erst zur Nachsaison da. Die Umgebung von Rabac und Labin ist für Wanderer, Walker, Kletterer, Jogger, Fahrradfahrer etc.ideal. Als Nichtsportlicher bleiben immer noch gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsbummel in der näheren Umgebung (Pula, Porec, Rijeka, etc.) Die Strassengebühren sind okay. Alles in allem: Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnun...

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung (AP3) zufrieden, allerdings gibt es einen Renovierungsstau in der Wohnung. Das beeinträchtigt die Wohnung allerdings nicht. Die Wohnung war super sauber und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfbereit. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.PS: Wenn ein WLAN angeboten wird, sollte es auch eine bestimmte Bandbreite haben. Sonst ist das obsolet.
