Single-family house "Villa Laura", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Prhati 5 km from the centre of Višnjan, 20 km from the centre of Poreč, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Mar. - 05.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 5 km, bus stop 21 km, railway station 21 km, pebble beach 20 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
3-room house 72 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: safe, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr sauberen Haus

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage mit unseren beiden Hunden, in einem komplett eingezäunten, sehr gepflegtem Grundstück. Die Anfahrt zum Grundstück ist schon etwas speziell, da es halt auch recht abgelegen liegt und alles sehr eng ist, aber wenn man geübt ist,stellt es kein großes Problem dar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett,kann aber kein Deutsch. Wir bekamen zur Begrüßung frische Eier und Wein aus seiner eigenen Herstellung, zum Abschied auch noch ein gutes Olivenöl. Das einzige Problem, wo aber der Vermieter nichts dafür kann,sind die Nachbarshunde. Als Hundefreund ist schon die Zwingerhaltung dieser Hunde ein Problem,dass jeden Tag zu sehen, dass diese Hunde quasi nur im Zwinger dahinvegitieren und dann bellen sie auch zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit, wie gesagt, der Vermieter kann dafür nichts. Wir haben uns trotzdem in dem Haus im Pool und auf dem Grundstück sehr wohlgefühlt und können uns schon vorstellen, die Villalaura nochmal zu buchen.

Sehr netter freundlicher Vermieter ,hilfbereit. Wenn irgendetwas war sofort erreichbar Sehr saubere und wohlfühlendes Haus alles was man brauchte war vorhanden Pool war perfekt und sauber Anlage ums Haus herum sehr gepflegt

Sehr zufrieden (Aufenthalt 20.7-27.8)

Wir haben die Unterkunft für eine Gruppe von 4 Leuten gebucht. Die Größe des Hauses war dabei perfekt. ( eventuell etwas eng für 6) Der Vermieter war super nett und zuvorkommend, es war frisches Gemüse- wie Tomaten, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch- im Kühlschrank und er war sehr schnell über Whatsapp zu erreichen. Sogar bei der Heimfahrt meldete er sich und fragte nach unserem Wohlbefinden. Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf in der nähe von Porrec. Alle wichtigen Sachen erreicht man in ca. 25 Minuten.

Super miejsce na wakacje

Bardzo prywatny i świetnie wyposażony dom. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Istria. Bardzo miły gospodarz. To był trzeci taki dom, który wynająłem w Chorwacji, ten był zdecydowanie najlepszy !

Rustig gelegen huis met heerlijk zwembad

Vrijstaand huis in een rustig dorp. Wij waren er in een hete periode, met temperaturen tot 35 graden, dus hadden er niet zonder zwembad willen zitten. Het zwembad was heerlijk verkoelend en werd onderhouden door de eigenaar. Hij is tijdens ons verblijf hiervoor 2 keer langs geweest. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep erg goed, via Whatsapp was hij goed bereikbaar. Het huis heeft airco, heel fijn. Het huis is geheel omheind, wat fijn was, omdat we onze hond bij hadden die zo los kon lopen.
