um diese Zeit sehr ruhiges, strandnahes Objekt. Durch Aufzug im Haus kein Treppensteigen. Im Appartment war alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Zu laut

Zu laut, das Objekt war nicht richtig geputzt, in der Kaffeemaschine war ein verschimmelter Kaffefilter. Dass man für die Klimaanlage zahlen musste war nicht ok. Die Klimaanlage vom Nachbarn war so laut dass man sich kaum unterhalten konnte. Der Kühlschrank veraltet und vergilbt.der Klodeckel hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten.

Perfekte Lage

Die FeWo liegt ideal. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Supermarkt und Bäcker sowie andere Geschäfte erreicht man ebenso in wenigen Schritten. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Einige Dinge könnte man allerdings erneuern (z.B. Duschkopf) bzw. aufstocken (z.B. Besteck). Der Kühlschrank ist schön groß und verfügt über ein Gefrierfach. Den Balkon konnten wir leider zu viert nicht nutzen da er zu klein ist. Aber zu zweit hat man Platz. Die Waschmaschine die man nutzen kann ist sauber und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Im Großen und Ganzen eine schöne FeWo.
