Anhand der Bilder besser vorgestellt

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Leider auch eigentlich gar kein Platz für 8 Personen. Kein Sonnenschutz auf Terrasse, Möbel alle sehr alt.

Gute Lage, behebbare Mängel

Nahe am Hundestrand. Ausstattung typisch für Italien, aber wenig gemütlich, besonders bei schlechterem Wetter. Badetüre im EG sollte durch eine Glastüre ersetzt werden (Holztüre ist verfault!),so kommt auch Licht in den Flur.

Schlecht: Die Unterkunft sollt...

Schlecht: Die Unterkunft sollte sauberer sein. Es gab keine Ablegemöglichkeiten für die Kleider in den Schränken. An den Fenstern sollten Mückennetze angebracht werden. Das gespülte Geschirr konnte nirgends abgestellte werden, um es trocknen zu lassen. Das Haus sollte höchstens für sechs Personen vermietet werden, da das Schlafsofa doch sehr dreckig und schmuddelig wirkte. Der Tisch war zu groß für die Wohnung, deshalb bliebt im Wohn–Essbereich nicht mehr sehr viel Platz. Gut war: Zum Strand war es nichtweit. Das Haus besitzt eine Klimaanlage.

Das Haus ist schön und in ruhi...

Das Haus ist schön und in ruhiger Lage.Die Einrichtung allerdings lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus ist für bis zu 8 Personen ausgelegt. Es befinden sich allerdings nur zwei Schränke ohne Ablage Möglichkeit in den beiden Schlafzimmer. Im kleinen Zimmer für Kinder befindet sich nichts ausser die Betten. Alles alt und abgewöhnt. Für das Geld hätte ich allerdings mehr Komfort erwartet. Nochmal würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht wählen.

Leider waren kein funktionstüc...

Leider waren kein funktionstüchtiger Mückenschutz vorhanden. Alle Türen waren (vermutl. wegen Feuchtigkeit) verzogen u. klemmten z.T. sehr. Die Heizung befindet sich im Treppenhaus zur Dachterasse u. ist somit nahezu wirkungslos. Bei der uschkabine im OGfehlte die Tür (o. wenigstens ein Vorhang). Die Innenseite der Badtür im UG war teilw. morsch / angefault. Küchenausstattung ist okay (Pfanne fehlt). Unterkunft war bei Anreise nur mäßig gereinigt. Adresse der Unterkunft für Navi ungünstig, evtl. Koordinaten ergänzen. Reisetipps: Schöne Landschaft, günstig für Ausflug nach Venedig. Mückenschutz nicht vergessen. Im Oktober hat der größte Teil der Pizzerien u. Supermärkte im Ort bereits geschlossen.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und da...

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und daher gut geeignet für Familien. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Shopping und Nachtleben ist der Weg etwas weiter.Die Badezimmer waren etwas dürftig.Der Strand war sauber, gut organisiert und nicht überfüllt.Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

dreckig, ungepflegt und unpraktisch

Wir hatten im Gegensatz zum Werbebild ein Mittelhaus, dass einen dreckigen und ungepflegten Eindruck machte. Den Tresor konnte man nicht abschließen, nach Reklamation kam der Hausmeister der uns einen völlig anderen Schlüssel gab, der dann auch passte. Das Haus wird für 8 Personen vermietet (wobei uns unklar war wie das gehen soll). In der Küche sind z.B. nur 5 !! Messer und so weiter vorhanden, von der Kaffeemaschine ist die Glaskanne defekt und der Deckel nicht da, also unbrauchbar. Die meisten Türen schrammen auf dem Boden und lassen sich schwer schließen. Die obere Balkontür ist nicht abschließbar und lässt sich nur durch ein oben an der Tür angebrachtes Häkchen "schließen". Beim Schließen der Außentüren oder heftigen Gewitter klirren die notdürftig mit Papierstreifen befestigten Fensterscheiben. Die WC/Dusche im Erdgeschoß ist absolut unbrauchbar, außer man möchte auf der Toilette sitzend duschen. Im Erdgeschoßzimmer ist kein Schrank vorhanden, im Doppelbettzimmer können die Schranktüren nicht vollständig geöffnet werden (steht leider das Bett). Die Schränke haben leider nur eine Kleiderstange und keine Regaleinteilung. Die Boiler und die Klimaanlage haben gut funktioniert. In unserer Ferienzeit konnte man leider die Terrasse nicht benutzen, da von Mücken (Schnaken) überfallen wurde. Den Swimmingpool haben wir nach längerem Suchen zwischen Häusern in der Nachbarschaft entdeckt. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus nicht wohlgefühlt. Leider

Für Familien mit Kindern genau richtig, die kleinen können sich unten auf der großen Terrasse austoben, Zentrumsnah, und nicht so weit vom Meer entfernt. Uns hat es gefallen.
