Apartment house "Marina". 1.2 km from the centre of Senj, 13 km from the centre of Klenovica, 20 km from the centre of Novi Vinodolski, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. For shared use: property 600 m2, swimming pool (10 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking. Shop 700 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop, pebble beach 300 m, rocky beach 50 m. There are no dogs on the rocky beach below the holiday house allowed.
"Marina", 1-room apartment 25 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2019: Studio with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony. Balcony furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Sie war sauber und sehr geräumig. Nicht zuvergessen der wunderbare Blick aufs Meer vom Schwimmingpool und der Terasse.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit richtig schöner Aussicht. Der Pool, der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser lässt ein einfach abschalten und genießen. Das Zimmer an sich ist schlicht gehalten was uns aber nicht gestört hat weil man eh was anderes zu tun hat als sich im zimmer auf zuhalten aber es ein wenig sauberer sein können. Sonst sehr schön und kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Lage mit einigen Mängeln

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoß. Vor allem die Sicht zum Meer ist wunderschön. Von der Sauberkeit könnte es sauberer sein. Der Pool konnte ab dem zweiten Tag nicht benutzt werden, da die Umwälzpumpe defekt war. Zudem hatten wir und auch unsere Nachbarn am dritten Tag einen Wasseraustritt beim Wasserhahn der Toilette und der Dusche. Ist aber nicht verwunderlich, wie das wieder repariert wurde.

Die FeWo war ausreichend groß. Die Aussicht aufs Meer und der tolle Pool haben uns begeistert. Zu Fuß ist Senje gut zu erreichen. Der private Meerzustieg ist etwas abenteuerlich aber trotzdem toll. Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Baden oder Bummeln gibt es reichlich. Leider ist die FeWo etwas lieblos und spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlten einfachste Dinge. Wir mussten auch erst mal durchfegen um die Tierhaare der Vormieter zu entfernen. Der Herd roch fürchterlich. Der Toaster ging gar nicht.

Cudowny tydzień nad Adriartykiem

Udało nam się przeżyć wspaniały wakacyjny tydzień w przepięknym miejscu o bajkowym widoku. Na uboczu, za dala od tłumu korzystaliśmy z prywatnej plaży i basenu. W tym apartamencie jest wszystko co potrzeba do wypoczynku, łącznie z miłą obsługą. Serdecznie polecam
