Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 with trees. 500 m long bumpy, steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 20 km, bus stop "Fjällnäs" 700 m, railway station "Sveg" 150 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 940 km, sandy beach 10 km, lake Tänndalssjön 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. There is a creek running through the property.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: living room with TV and DVD. Shower/WC, Sauna. Floor heating. Wooden floors. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), box-room. Panoramic view.
