Single-family house "Ilztal", 500 m a.s.l., detached. 500 m from the centre of Allmunzen, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Hutthurm, 15 km from the centre of Passau, on a slope. Private: natural state property 27'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandbox). 150 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Nearby attractions: Passau 17 km, Freilichtmuseum Bayerischer Wald 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Rothauer See 10 km. Hiking paths: Ilztal 30 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
4-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, CD-player and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Bath/shower/WC. Oil heating. Wooden floors. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Herrlich friedliche drei Wochen tief im.Bayerischen Wald. Sehr abgeschiedenes großes, altes, schön eingerichtetes Bauernhaus, der Riesengarten eine Lichtung tief im Wald. Wer Ruhe sucht (so wie wir), ist hier absolut richtig.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus.Wer Einsamkeit und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig aufgehoben.Fussläufig in ca. 5 Min kann man an die ILZ zum Baden oder wandern.Vermieter sind jederzeit via WhatsApp erreichbar und freundlich.Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Ein tolles Haus, sehr sauber und mit einer guten Ausstattung. Der Garten ist toll für Kinder und die Umgebung lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden, für die "Ruhe"-Suchenden ideal. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
