Apartment house "Brabenetz", 1'630 m a.s.l.. In the resort Spiss, 8 km from the centre of Samnaun. For shared use: property with courtyard. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 7 km, supermarket 11 km, bus stop "Spiss, Abzw. Dorf" 150 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 45 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Golf course (9 hole) 40 km, mountain railway 7 km, ski lift 7 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 7 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Spiss-Samnaun/Ravaisch. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Wallbox for electric cars available. Washing machine and dryer can be used on site by arrangement for a fee of €5.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm.

Liebevolle Unterkunft in bester Lage für Skiurlaub in Samnaun

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Familie Brabenetz sehr genossen. Von Checkin bis Checkout war alles bestens. Die Unterkunft hat nicht nur schöne Zimmer, einen kleinen Skikeller, sondern auch eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, mit der Selbstversorger eine klasse Zeit haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war alles sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen hatten sie stets ein offenes Ohr. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Hellauf begeistert!!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung. Sie ist groß, sehr gut ausgestattet und einfach gemütlich! Hinzu kommt der tägliche Blick vom Balkon auf das unmittelbar vor der Haustür gelegene Bergmassiv!! Die Familie B. sind herzensgute Gastgeber und kümmern sich um einen, wo es nur geht. Ausflugsempfehlungen, ein Jausebrettl zur Begrüßung und zwischendurch mal einen Kuchen. Was soll man dazu noch sagen außer: Liebe Familie B. Bleibt wie ihr seid! Auf bald :)

Appartement is netjes, schoon en ligt heel mooi. Centraal voor tripjes, wandelingen of te skieën! Bij aankomst zelfs een schaal met hapjes als wellom! Echt 100 punten.
